This is Hana-Saku Iroha, but not to confuse with the previous version (Wei Dao version) I repost, you may refer to that Hana-Saku Iroha theme for more information.
The theme create by Natsukyo always has a fancy start menu style, for example the start menu of this theme which was really fancy, unique.
The XP theme also very nice, especially the Start Menu background.
Remember, the Windows 7 theme may or may not need to apply the Patch for Win 7 SP1, because they already use the newest version of the guider which able to support both SP1 and not SP1.
