This is the Koihime Musou XP Theme from fatefan also. I never play this game and watch this anime before, so I do not know it is good or not, anyway, what important is the theme able to make the windows more interesting.
This theme has include with the Koihime Musou Logon screen interface, so you can replace it. I has include inside the folder (hope I did not miss it out).
You can replace it with the replace tools that inside the folder (required install), this replace tools need to thank Justin again, because he is the one who provide it. Preview of the logon screen is inside the folder ;).
